Description
These 2 ingredient Greek yogurt biscuits are quick, healthy, and incredibly fluffy. Made with just self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, they’re the ultimate easy bake for busy days. Perfect with breakfast, soup, or as a snack. No butter, no fuss—just pure baking joy!
Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
1½ cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
Optional Add-ins:
¼ cup shredded cheddar (for cheesy biscuits)
½ tsp garlic powder or dried herbs (for savory)
1 tsp honey (for sweet)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface. Knead gently 4–5 times until smooth.
Pat the dough into a ¾-inch thick round. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or glass.
Arrange biscuits on the baking sheet (touching for soft edges or spaced out for crisp edges).
Optional: Brush tops with extra yogurt or melted butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
Serve warm!
Notes
Don’t overmix the dough—gentle kneading gives a tender crumb.
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best flavor and texture.
Customize them with cheese, herbs, or honey for different flavors.
Great for freezing—wrap cooled biscuits and freeze for up to 2 months.
