Ingredients
2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Optional toppings: Dark chocolate shavings, mint leaves
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until completely smooth (1–2 minutes).
Layer the mousse with fresh berries in serving glasses.
Chill for 1 hour to set.
Top with chocolate shavings and serve.
Notes
For a smoother texture, use full-fat cottage cheese and blend thoroughly.
Vegan option: Substitute silken tofu + 1 tbsp lemon juice + agave syrup.
