Description

A creamy, high-protein dessert made with blended cottage cheese and fresh berries—indulgent yet healthy!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Optional toppings: Dark chocolate shavings, mint leaves


Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until completely smooth (1–2 minutes).

  2. Layer the mousse with fresh berries in serving glasses.

  3. Chill for 1 hour to set.

  4. Top with chocolate shavings and serve.
