Ingredients
1 cup | Medjool dates (pitted) | |
½ cup | Raw almonds or walnuts | |
2 tbsp | Cocoa powder | |
1 tsp | Pure vanilla extract | |
Pinch | Sea salt |
Instructions
Blend nuts in food processor until finely chopped.
Add dates, cocoa, vanilla, and salt. Process until sticky (~1 min).
Roll into 1-inch balls (damp hands prevent sticking).
Optional: Roll in shredded coconut or crushed pistachios.
Chill 1 hour to firm up.
Notes
Too dry? Add 1 tsp nut butter or water.
Too sticky? Dust hands with cocoa powder.
