  • Tongs

Method

  1. Remove skin from salmon and cut into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  2. Toss salmon with olive oil and your chosen seasoning blend until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Spray basket with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes until crispy on the edges and opaque in the center.
  6. Serve immediately with optional garnishes depending on seasoning choice.

Notes

Cut salmon into even 1-inch cubes for consistent cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure crisp edges. For maximum flavor, toss the salmon in your chosen seasoning just before cooking. The salmon should flake easily when done. These bites are perfect for bowls, salads, tacos, or a high-protein snack. For a gluten-free version, use tamari for the Asian option. Serve immediately for best texture.
