  • 0.33 cup milk of choice
  • 0.5 cup fresh apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Add rolled oats, cottage cheese, milk, and chia seeds to a jar or bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and maple syrup until well blended.
  • Gently fold in diced apples, reserving a small portion for topping if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
  • Stir well before serving. Top with extra apple pieces and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
