Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 2 sticks cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, and brandy. Stir to mix.
  • Add sliced apples, orange, pear, and cinnamon sticks to the pitcher. Stir well.
  • Refrigerate sangria for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.
  • Serve in glasses over ice. Top with sparkling water if desired.

Notes

Chill sangria for at least 2 hours before serving to let flavors meld. Add sparkling water or club soda just before serving for a fizzy twist. Best enjoyed the same day.
