Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas until completely smooth.
- Stir in oats and cinnamon. Fold in optional add-ins.
- Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness. Press mixture firmly into the pan to help bars hold together. Cool completely before slicing. Store airtight up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.
