- In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Divide mixture into jars or containers with lids.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use mini chocolate chips for even distribution. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before eating and top with extra chips or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
