Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange croissant chunks evenly in the baking dish and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Pour custard evenly over croissants and chocolate. Gently press croissants down to absorb liquid.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set. Serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
