Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure strawberries are completely dry before starting.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate with oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, turning to coat evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles or toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Optional: drizzle with melted white chocolate for a decorative finish.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is firm. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best results — dark, milk, or white chocolate all work well. Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help the chocolate stick. Store in a cool place or refrigerate briefly before serving.
