Ingredients
  

  • 3 firm yellow bananas
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp brown or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into uniform 1/4-inch coins.
  2. Toss with oil, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Arrange in air fryer basket without overlap.
  4. Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Cool completely on wire rack until crisp.

Notes

Use firm bananas only. Do not overlap slices. Chips crisp fully as they cool.
