  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 0.25 cup fresh cranberries (for garnish)

  • mixing bowl
  • pastry brush
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • spatula

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circular wreath shape on the baking sheet, overlapping slightly with points facing outward.
  3. Place brie cubes and small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce along the base of the triangles.
  4. Fold triangle tips over the filling toward the center, tucking them under to seal the wreath.
  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, and chopped pecans if desired.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs before serving warm.

Notes

Serve warm for the best gooey cheese texture. You can prepare it ahead of time and bake right before serving. Garnish with rosemary sprigs for a festive look.
