Method
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice to make the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Flip salmon and cook another 2–3 minutes. Pour glaze into skillet and cook 1–2 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon until fully coated.
- Serve salmon hot, drizzled with extra glaze from the skillet.
Notes
Serve immediately for the crispiest skin. Pairs well with rice or steamed vegetables.
