Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Spread cranberries evenly over the bottom of the pie pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour batter evenly over the cranberries.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.
  • Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence. Fresh or frozen cranberries both work — no need to thaw frozen before baking.
