Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the chicken.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Remove chicken and let rest for a few minutes before slicing or shredding.
