Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the chicken.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Remove chicken and let rest for a few minutes before slicing or shredding.

Notes

These chicken breasts are great for shredding and using in tacos, salads, or sandwiches. Leftovers store well in the fridge or freezer.
