Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (whole milk or half-and-half preferred)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla to a blender or frother.
  • Blend or froth on high speed until light and foamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Spoon pumpkin cold foam over iced coffee, cold brew, or lattes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh as the foam will deflate over time. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less maple syrup. Works best with whole milk or half-and-half for maximum frothiness.
