Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, toasted
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread flour on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Gradually stir in cooled toasted flour until combined.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Serve immediately with fruit, cookies, or pretzels.

Notes

Toast flour before use to eliminate any bacteria. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
