Ingredients

  • 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • crackers, crostini, or apple slices (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until brie is softened and gooey inside.
  • Remove from oven and spoon raspberry preserves over the top, letting some drip down the sides for a bloody effect. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or apple slices.

Notes

Best served immediately while warm. Pair with crackers, crostini, or apple slices. Swap raspberry preserves for strawberry or cherry if preferred.
