  • 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • crackers, crostini, or apple slices (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until brie is softened and gooey inside.
  3. Remove from oven and spoon raspberry preserves over the top, letting some drip down the sides for a bloody effect. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  4. Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or apple slices.

Notes

Best served immediately while warm. Pair with crackers, crostini, or apple slices. Swap raspberry preserves for strawberry or cherry if preferred.
