Halloween Monster Munch
This halloween monster munch is a sweet and salty Chex snack mix coated in white chocolate and topped with candy for easy Halloween party snacking.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup candy corn, divided
- 1 cup mini M&Ms, divided
- 12 oz white candy melts (or white chocolate chips + 1 tbsp shortening) melted, for coating
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Combine the Chex, pretzels, and half the candy corn and M&Ms in a large bowl (save the rest for topping).
- Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring, until smooth and pourable.
- Pour the melted candy over the cereal mixture and fold gently with a spatula until every piece is lightly coated.
- Spread the coated mix in an even layer on the prepared sheet.
- Scatter the remaining candy corn, M&Ms, and sprinkles over the top immediately, before the coating sets.
- Let sit at room temperature 15-20 minutes until firm, then break into clusters.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Keep away from heat or direct sun so the candy coating doesn't melt.
