Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk or cream
  • 0.75 cup diced ham
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter or cooking spray (for greasing pan)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Stir in diced ham, shredded cheese, and green onions.
  • Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until quiches are puffed and golden brown around the edges.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm or refrigerate for later.

Notes

These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven. Substitute veggies like spinach or peppers for variation.
