- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it up, until browned.
- Add diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened and translucent.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Drain excess grease from the skillet.
- Add green beans to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Smooth the mixture evenly in the skillet and sprinkle fried onions over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and onions are golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use 80/20 ground beef for best flavor. Frozen green beans work especially well and don’t need to be thawed. For deeper flavor, deglaze the pan with beef broth after browning the meat.
