Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Pulse coconut, oil, syrup, and vanilla until sticky.
  2. Shape into bites and freeze briefly.
  3. Melt chocolate and dip or drizzle.
