Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef or beef and sausage mix
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Mix meatloaf ingredients.
  • Layer meat and cheese.
  • Bake and top with sauce and cheese.
