Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef or beef and sausage mix
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce

Method
 

  1. Mix meatloaf ingredients.
  2. Layer meat and cheese.
  3. Bake and top with sauce and cheese.

Notes

Seal edges tightly to keep cheese inside. Garnish with fresh basil for best flavor.
