- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt.
- Stir well until the oats are fully coated and the mixture is evenly combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, reserving a few for topping if desired.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed. Top with extra blueberries and lemon zest before serving.
Notes
Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best texture. Adjust sweetness to taste and add a splash of milk in the morning if you prefer thinner oats. These oats keep well for up to 5 days refrigerated.
