Ingredients

  • 24 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 8 oz green candy melts
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup gold chocolate coins or gold candies
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Equipment

  • 13x18-inch baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • microwave-safe bowls
  • spatula or spoon
  • knife or skewer

Method

  1. Line a 13x18-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Spread melted white chocolate evenly onto prepared baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Melt green candy melts using the same method until smooth.
  5. Drizzle green chocolate over white chocolate in zigzag patterns.
  6. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect without overmixing.
  7. Immediately sprinkle Lucky Charms marshmallows, rainbow sprinkles, gold candies, and mini chocolate chips over the surface. Press lightly to adhere.
  8. Sprinkle a light pinch of flaky sea salt over the top if using.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
  10. Lift bark from pan using parchment and break into pieces. Serve or store.

Notes

Melt chocolate slowly at 50% power to prevent seizing. Ensure all bowls and utensils are completely dry before melting chocolate. Add toppings while chocolate is fully melted so they adhere properly. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks or refrigerate up to 4 weeks. Avoid freezing due to cereal toppings becoming soggy.
