Ingredients
  

  • 4 low-carb flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 0.5 cup black beans, drained
  • 0.5 cup corn, drained
  • 0.25 cup green chiles, diced
  • 0.25 cup green onions, sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and seasoning.
  2. Fold in chicken and vegetables.
  3. Spread filling on tortillas and roll tightly.
  4. Chill for 1 hour, then slice into pinwheels.
