Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, cold brew coffee, yogurt, cocoa powder, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips, if using.
  • Divide mixture into jars or containers with lids.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Use cold brew coffee or strong brewed coffee for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste with honey or maple syrup. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir well before serving.
