Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or whole milk recommended)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional topping)

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Spoon mixture evenly into a silicone mini muffin pan or use mini paper liners placed on a baking sheet.
  3. Top each bite with a few mini chocolate chips or desired toppings.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
  5. Store bites in a freezer-safe container. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating to slightly soften.

Notes

You can customize with toppings like chopped nuts, granola, or mini chocolate chips. Use silicone mini muffin liners for easy removal. Keep bites stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before eating to soften slightly.
