- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Heat butter in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Dip each bread slice into the pumpkin custard, coating both sides well.
