Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecans, coconut, and pumpkin pie spice evenly over the crust.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top to cover all the ingredients.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Cool bars completely before slicing to help them hold their shape. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
