Method
- Make a small slit in each prune and fill with a little peanut butter.
- Dip each stuffed prune halfway into melted dark chocolate.
- Place dipped prunes on a parchment-lined tray and immediately add candy eyes on top.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Best served chilled.
