Method
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
- Pour sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–8 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Serve chicken hot with sauce from the crockpot.
Notes
Serve hot over rice or with steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
