Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
  • Pour sauce mixture over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–8 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  • Serve chicken hot with sauce from the crockpot.

Notes

Serve hot over rice or with steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
