- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter until combined.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and set.
- Drizzle honey over the hot casserole, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm straight from the dish.
