Method
- Place chicken pieces in the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together tomato sauce, cream, Greek yogurt, onion, garlic, ginger, melted butter, garam masala, chili powder, cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Stir well before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
Notes
Serve over basmati rice or with naan bread. Leftovers store well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
