Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, prepared stuffing, cranberries, walnuts, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 12 evenly sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
  5. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
