- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour French onion soup over them.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meatballs just before serving and let melt.
Notes
Serve hot with crusty bread or over mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
