Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp furikake seasoning
  • 1 tbsp eel sauce

Method
 

  1. Season cooked sushi rice with vinegar mixture and press into baking dish.
  2. Mix salmon with cream cheese, mayo, and sriracha.
  3. Spread salmon mixture over rice.
  4. Bake until bubbly, then drizzle with sauces.

Notes

Adjust sriracha to taste. Best served fresh but reheats well. Serve with nori sheets for scooping.
